Great show - but we had heard tonight before the show Jamey wasn't feeling good. Even so, he did quite a performance! He came out with "High Cost of Living" and played right thru the album, again almost in order - except "Dreaming" was one of the early songs he sang. The only song he didn't do was "Stars in Alabama". But he did do "Nothing Was Better Than You" -- love that song more every time I hear it! Sad not to hear "My Way to You" - I think that is one of the best songs and loved to see him do it live last time. Randy came out first and did his set - his mic was kind of funky and it was hard to hear him talking, the singing was ok because man does he wail! lol Then Jamey came out and then he brought Randy and his band back out and said something like "This is where we usually tell ya'll that the part of the show you paid for is over and you can go now, but we're gonna stay here and play some more". :o) Together they did "Turn The Page", "Give It Away", a Merle song I can't recall even hearing before that was great, "The Ride", gosh a bunch others I'm having a hard time remembering now..lol...its late, forgive me! lol We got to the theatre @ 4pm, first in line - stood out there in 27 degree weather until they opened the doors at 7 - ran inside as fast as our frozen feet could carry us and grabbed a spot right up close...and in the middle of Jamey's set, got in the middle of a "bar fight" when some dumbasses beside and behind me started throwing punches. Exciting night - and Jamey really put on a performance even not feeling up to par. We asked at the merchandise table about him signing and they didn't know anything - we left after the show because I really didn't think he'd come out being sick. Apryl - they said they will have new shirts in 2010! Keep your fingers crossed he comes back to visit all of us soon!

WOW, some of US fans are so dedicated! If you got front and center it was well worth the frost bite on the toes. How about the cameras was it a no go? Thanks for the review. Much Love from Jedburg SC
