He is the best country singer song writer bar none!!!
Poor Man Blues is going to be a hit, bet me!
I like the snipit of the whole album, but there are always the songs that standout, whether that's from the words or the emotions that you can put behind them, and I'm sure that it has to do with timing. Not a professional by any means, but I know what I hear and like.
This is going to be a big hit for you!
Cover your eyes should be your next release. Excellent just from what little I heard.
I really like this song a lot. It's going to do well for you. Not to mention the song, but the video shows some of the "Youngsters" what it was like in the "olden" days. I miss records and record players. and all the "pops", crackles, and other noises.
my uncle recorded a single back in the 80's just before he died, my cousin owns the rights to the songs and we have always wanted someone to re-record the two songs but never found the right voice or personality to fit, that is until JJ came along. Now thats the person we need. Keep it up JJ, a place is reserved for you in the county music hall of fame.
Jamey's music is original, traditional, classic, and just pure solid gold country! Man you have brought back the tradition and I cannot thank you enough!
It feels good to be able to look forward to buying country music again. Never change Jamie and keep the great music coming.
I absolutely love your song & glad to hear you are from Kentucky too! You should try coming to Hazard, KY sometime.

I saw Jamey at the Fair in Tulsa Oklahoma. Wow! Hoping you come back to Tulsa soon!
i can relate to the song high cost of living i lived it i made mistakes trying to adjust to civilian life when i got out of the service and i learned the hard way thank you for the song
On the evening of Sept. 20 at the Dallas airport you guys spoke to two young soldiers on their way home from Ft. Leonard Wood. One was my 18 year old son Steven Livingston. He forwarded the picture on his phone to me of you guys with him. I want to thank you for that, he had a rough time and was exhausted and you just made his day. You are the kind of people that care; I know my son and his friend both came away with a great opinion of you and can look up to you.
Thank you, from a young soldiers mom.

Thank You, Jamey, for reviving 2 lost arts. I thought the days of 'outlaw country' were dead and gone. But no, it is still alive and strong. Every time I slip the album from the sleeve, drop the needle, light a smile (or two) and disappear from sight, I THANK YOU!
