I've seriously got to agree with "Lisamariegatlin". I am so glad to start hearing country music again. There will never be another person like Wille, Waylon, Merle, or George. But, damn, if Jamey don't come as close as it gets. Love his music, love his looks (especially since he's growing his beard and hair)!!!!!! Love me some Jamey Johnson!!!

I cant even begin to tell you how deeply your music touches me. You have that something that only the greatest have possessed. It is a special thing to be compared to Waylon jennings, or to even be cosidered in the same catagory as George Jones, Merle Haggard, or Willie Nelson...Yet your songs are as pure, and as strait forward as theirs. You are the best thing that has happened to Country music in a long time, and I for one am proud to be one of your biggest fans!

This made me purchase the CD
For the past few years, I haven't been a big fan of country music but hearing the songs that Jamey has written and now hearing him sing....I've turned into a country music fan once again. I liked Jamey singing this Waylon Jennings song so much that I purchased the CD "that lonesome song" today. I am definately a devoted fan to Jamey Johnson's songs and music. Keep up the good work!!!!! Can't wait to see you in Knoxville for Sundown in the City at the end of June. Hope I get to meet you.

I'm going to Nashville June 5th, now I know what bar to visit while I'm there. I enjoyed your talk and especially loved the song you sing. Anyone can sense that you sing from your heart and soul. I look forward to hearing more of your music and songs. It's a shame you had to go through heartache and dissappointments in your life, but God used it to do something good. Jamey, I am not sure if you will receive this comment or not? My husband is a Huge fan of yours, he is a Captain for the Houston Fire Dept. and I am sure has single handily contributed to selling hundreds of copies your new Album.. Every person, friend, family member, and employee must hear Jamey Johnson's CD... Don't get me wrong, we all love you, you have become a Family member... But, I m like Honey must we hear Jamey again??? Yes, he says, and he is not the type of man to push music on people, but you of course are an exception.. When we go places together , I will try to talk, if I need to get a point or story across, it must be between Jennings and Jones! Ha! He will not even turn it down or even pay attention to us!! The point of this email is to ask a BIG favor of You!!! He is a very hard working self serving Man who gives Back... and Jamey all I ask of you is to just give him one little shout out!! It is our 13th Anniversary, and he has been studying for 3 months straight for his Senior Captains test for the Houston Fire Dept. I wanted to present or buy him an exceptional gift... But nothing would mean more to him than for you to just give him a shout out... meeting you would be the ultimate.. but I know how that goes...
