Black,White and All-American – Lately, Iconoclasts have been following my career/writing like expensive Divorce Detectives. I’m not quite sure that Jamey deserves that sobriquet yet but he sure seems to be headed in that general direction. A great Iconoclast is probably more made than born. You have to chart a musical path around all the rules and yet maintain your core integrity, simply put – ‘Be True To Yourself.’
Jamey has success written all over him, and there’s very little he can do about it, even if he wanted to scrub it off. This is a foreshadowing that I hope he’s ready for, as he says in “It’s Lonely At The Top” – It might be lonely at the top but it’s a bitch at the bottom. Be careful what you ask for.
