Lee Ann on the George Strait Special Song
George Strait was recently named the ACM Artist of the Decade. The special aired on CBS May 27th. His friend, Lee Ann Womack, was on hand to pay tribute to the King of Country. She sang a duet with Jamey Johnson of the number one single “Give It Away”, and then solo, sang a song specifically written for the event. George had no idea the song was written or going to be performed and became emotional when he heard it.
