Great American Country to present the best of "Soundstage" featuring Lee Ann Womack
AMERICAN COUNTRY TO PRESENT THE BEST OF “SOUNDSTAGE”
KENNY CHESNEY, SUGARLAND, MARTINA McBRIDE AMONG FEATURED ARTISTS
NASHVILLE, TENN (July 5, 2009) – Great American Country (GAC) is pleased to present the best of the legendary music television series, Soundstage, and will air 9 episodes – beginning with Sugarland July 12, 8:00 pm/eastern – that will feature many of country music’s top stars. The groundbreaking series aired from 1974 – 1985 before returning in 2003 and continues to feature outstanding high definition concert performances.
“GAC is thrilled to be able to offer Soundstage to our viewers,” says Sarah Trahern, senior VP of marketing for GAC. “It remains a groundbreaking television concert series and will give fans a chance to see some of country music’s top stars perform in an intimate setting.”
