I'm very happy to hear that Jamey Johnson is back in the swing of things. I enjoyed his music the moment I heard the Dollar back several years ago. I got the cd the day it was released and I downloaded the new tunes when he had them available on his myspace. You don't find country music artists like him that play honest to goodness country music. Hope to see him at a show sometime soon.

I don't think I have ever been happier to hear about an artist getting a record deal, I am a country boy all the way I've been on the rodeo circuit and born and raised country and I love true country music not this new age pop stuff they try to pass off as country and Jamey is truly country. I love the way his voice sounds it is so natural and smooth, I have been a huge fan ever since I heard the first album it is one of my favorites and I can't get enough of the new one I am just blown away at some of the people they will put on the radio but Jamey has a hard time getting a good record deal, it just shows most of these record labels don't have a clue what real talent is. You are an amazing artist with a see through voice. What I mean by that is that fans can see through the sound of your voice to the heart of the song. That is a beautiful gift my friend, glad you decided to turn it around and save it. I left a comment on the video page for In Color. What a beautiful story.
